Join us for another beginner clay workshop at Wild Fields Brewhouse in Atascadero! We will be making a Terra Cotta Beer Stein! You will learn the basics of working with clay using the slab construction method and decorating by sculpting and texturing clay. Adriana Lemus from Night Owl Pottery will guide you through this intro to clay workshop.

The $70 fee includes terra cotta clay, all materialsand tools to use during the workshop, glaze and firing, instruction by experienced ceramic artists, and your first beer or beverage (for 21+)! Once your beer stein is created, you will leave it with the instructors where they will take it back to their studio in San Luis Obispo to be fired, glazed (painted), and fired a second time. This process takes about 4-5 weeks, when complete, the beer stein will be brought back to Wild Fields to be picked up.
