Since it's a crazy time of year, we don't host a big party (we save that for our Un-Anniversary in July). We do have a special bottle release and a vintage flight that we will be releasing to celebrate this big milestone.
6th Anniversary - Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout - 12.5%
Our sixth year at Wild Fields Brewhouse has been one of steady growth, deepening roots, and immense gratitude for the community that’s carried us. From the early days when Wild Fields was just a shared dream to navigating the challenges of our beginning years, every milestone has meant more than we ever imagined. Today we’re fortunate to be surrounded by an incredible team, devoted regulars, new friends, and a town that continues to lift us up. This anniversary release reflects that journey. Inside this bottle is our beloved Flying Ninja Fortress Imperial Stout, aged over six months in a Four Roses Bourbon barrel. Time in oak has transformed it into a rich, boozy celebration—layered with chocolate and malt, warmed by bourbon character, and finished with bold vanilla from the barrel. Cheers to six years of community, craft, and the wild ride we’re lucky to share with you. Cheers to 6 Years!
