Once home to Ryan Fields on the brew stand, Pizza Port San Clemente, and now on that brew stand our good friend, Jon Eckelberger. Jon brewed his fist commercial beer with Ryan at Pizza Port San Clemente during his homebrew days. One of our favorite parts of this industry is sharing the passion with others, it's really rad to watch talented people find their calling and embrace the industry

We brewed up Dos Caminos in June of 2022; this bold, robust and smooth Imperial Stout spent 10 months in a Brandy Barrel from our Paso neighbors Wine Shine! We hand bottled, wax dipped, and labeled this liquid dark goodness for you! Only 85 bottles of this goodness is available. Ready to be enjoyed with a friend but also wax dipped for those who enjoy the cellaring process of these specialty releases.
