5pm: Event Starts, Traffic Records will be DJing on the north and south sides of the event

5:25pm: Speeches on the Main La Plaza Stage with special guests Heather Moreno, Bruce Gibson, and Debbie Arnold

5:45pm: Ribbon Cutting

6pm: Atascadero Community Band will perform between the two buildings, paying homage to the original La Plaza

7pm: IMUA performs on the Main La Plaza Stage until 9pm
