This Mexican Lager fits the bill, perfectly light and crisp with a touch of sweetness from pilsner malt and flaked corn. Low residual sugar and high carbonation give a refreshing quality that will take you out HWY 41 and straight to the beach.
Windswept Fields - German Pilsner - 5.5% - $100 - $210
This beer is brewed with 100% German ingredients, with notes of biscuit and bread from floor malted Pilsner malt. Simple and clean with a solid bitterness from Hallertau Mittelfruh hops, this beer accentuates the beauty and subtle nuance of lager beer. Nothing fancy, just beer the way it was meant to be.
Paloma Creek Wheat - American Wheat w/ Grapefruit - 5.0% - $110 - $230
This super crushable American Wheat packs some big flavor, while staying easy drinking and refreshing. Bold grapefruit notes that come across sweet, not bitter, give way to a soft mouthfeel and clean finish. We use our house ale yeast strain, so this beer is low on the ester profile and lets the wheat and grapefruit shine through.
Oktoberfest - Marzen - 5.6% - $110 - $230
This pleasantly malty amber lager is inspired by the traditional German festival, Oktoberfest. Notes of caramel and biscuit give way to a smooth and full body, rich yet not overly sweet. The perfect beer for the beginning of Fall.
Pine Mountain Monolith - Brown Ale - 5.4% - $110 - $230
2025 GABF [BRONZE] - 2022 World Beer Cup [GOLD] - 2021 & 2022 GABF [GOLD]
Pine Mountain Monolith is a brown ale on the lighter side, great for a hike at Stadium Park in Atascadero. Notes of baked bread and toasted nuts complement hints of caramel all backed up by a nice toasty malt backbone. Not overly sweet with a clean and crisp finish.
Magic Swirling Sip - Scottish Ale - 5.5% - $110 - $230

This beer is a Scottish Export or 80 Shilling Ale, which is the strongest of the Scottish Ales, but not as strong as a Scotch Ale. This beer has nice malty notes of caramel and toffee, a medium body, and very low hop bitterness. Deep red in color, with an almost roasty character, this beer is complex yet drinkable.

Whale Rock Surf Session - Session IPA - 4.9% - $115 - $240
Brewed in collaboration with Castoro Cellars for Whale Rock Music Festival! The idea behind this beer was to brew something that had the flavor and punch of an IPA, but a nice and low ABV so you could keep rocking all day long. Nelson hops give the beer some fun notes of gooseberry, passion fruit, mango, and citrus. Surprisingly nice body for a beer so low on the ABV, super crisp on the finish, and very sessionable
Trail Ale - Strong Pale Ale - 6.0% - $115 - $240
This adventuresome beer takes us down a path we all want to go. The bold aromatic hop character of an IPA, but a little more sessionable on the ABV and body. Loaded with Idaho 7 and Strata hops, this beer has a beautiful balance of dank and fruity notes. The perfect beer after a long hike on your favorite trail
Afraid of the Grade - West Coast IPA - 6.8% - $125 - $260
West Coast IPA with Nelson Sauvin, Huell Melon, and Idaho 7 hops. Bold aromas of citrus/berry backed up by a slight dank note from the Idaho 7. Clean, crisp, and refreshing. Challenging all those in South County to make the trek and head over The Grade to come in for a beer!

Here at Wild Fields Brewhouse we have a passion for clear beer. There's nothing quite as refreshing as a crisp West Coast IPA that you can see your hand through. The combination of Chinook, Mosaic and Idaho 7 hops create layers of aromatics and flavors that are bright, juicy, and bold. A super clean finish leaves your palate craving another sip.
So Fresh and So Clear - West Coast DIPA - 8.5% - $140 - $290
This DIPA is our oude to the classic West Coast style. Hopped with a huge dose of Nelson, Huell Melon, and Mosaic, this beer is super crisp and clear, with big notes of tropical fruit, dank, and melon. It's highly drinkable and clean on the finish. Drink Fresh.
