Simply Genuine - Golden Lager - 5.2% - $95 - $195
This Golden Lager (also known as Helles) a crisp, refreshing, and easy-drinking beer. It has a solid backbone of bready/biscuity malt character, and a light touch of noble hops. Brewed with Golden Naked Oats, and Golden Promise, this beer really gives off that golden vibe. Inspired by Justin, one of our amazing beertenders, who's been with us over three years! It is also named after the Atascadero City motto.
Windswept Fields - German Pilsner - 5.5% - $95 - $195
This beer is brewed with 100% German ingredients, with notes of biscuit and bread from floor malted Pilsner malt. Simple and clean with a solid bitterness from Hallertau Mittelfruh hops, this beer accentuates the beauty and subtle nuance of lager beer. Nothing fancy, just beer the way it was meant to be.
Riven - Czech Pilsner - 5.3% - $95 - $195
The year is 2020. We are Riven, splintered and divided in the wake of a global pandemic. There are different opinions and uncertainties of how our economy will recover; we are grateful to still have the opportunity to make beer we love to drink. May this classic Czech Pilsner bring you a little refreshment in an otherwise chaotic world. Bold hop character from the noble variety Czech Saaz balances seamlessly with notes of bread and toasted biscuit from the Pilsner malt. Refreshingly crisp, full, and flavorful.
Heilmann Honey - Blonde Ale w/ Local Honey - 5.2% - $105 - $215
Heilmann Honey is an easy drinking Blonde Ale with a local twist. We threw in some local honey from California Bee Company to add some extra character and a light sweetness. Still crisp and refreshing, a great beer for anyone.
Star Forge - Czech Dark Lager - 5.0% - $105 - $215
Forged with a base of Pilsner malt and layered with crystal and roasted malts, this dark lager is packed with robust flavors of coffee and chocolate. Hopped with Czech Saaz and fermented with our house lager strain gives this beer a crazy amount of drinkability and leaves your palate with a crisp finish. Smooth, bold, and approachable.
Pine Mountain Monolith - Brown Ale - 5.4% - $105 - $215
2025 GABF [BRONZE] - 2022 World Beer Cup [GOLD] - 2021 & 2022 GABF [GOLD]
Pine Mountain Monolith is a brown ale on the lighter side, great for a hike at Stadium Park in Atascadero. Notes of baked bread and toasted nuts compliment hints of caramel all backed up by a nice toasty malt backbone. Not overly sweet with a clean and crisp finish.
Magic Swirling Sip - Scottish Ale - 5.5% - $105 - $215
2022 GABF [GOLD] - 2022 World Beer Cup [GOLD]
This beer is a Scottish Export or 80 Shilling Ale, which is the strongest of the Scottish Ales, but not as strong as a Scotch Ale. This beer has nice malty notes of caramel and toffee, a medium body, and very low hop bitterness. Deep red in color, with an almost roasty character, this beer is complex yet drinkable.
Mountain Moonlight - Oatmeal Stout - 6.0% - $105 - $215
2023 GABF [GOLD] - 2024 World Beer Cup [SILVER]
Perfect winter time beer. Oats give this beer a smooth texture that compliments roasted and chocolate flavors, reminding you of the last time you sat around a fire with friends. Full bodied but not too strong, and still crisp and clean on the finish. Crack one open in nature or at home while you're reminiscing about your last epic trip.
Atasca-Where-O - CA Pale Ale - 5.2% - $105 - $215
Atascadero?? Where’s that? We’ll if you haven’t been it’s a must stop on the journey through California’s Central Coast. We love our little town that’s located smack dap in between LA and SF. This CA Pale Ale is bursting with juicy hop aromas and notes of lemon grass, tropical fruit and melon. Bold and clean hop character is what we’re known for here on the West Coast and this beer doesn’t disappoint in the flavor department.
Strata In The Sky w/ Galaxy - West Coast IPA - 7.0% - $120 - $245
This West Coast IPA is the perfect balance of two of our favorite hops, Strata and Galaxy. Super aromatic with notes of melon, grapefruit, and passionfruit, this one hits all the fruity notes and goes down super smooth.
Afraid of the Grade - West Coast IPA - 6.8% - $120 - $245
West Coast IPA with Nelson Sauvin, Huell Melon, and Idaho 7 hops. Bold aromas of citrus/berry backed up by a slight dank note from the Idaho 7. Clean, crisp, and refreshing. Challenging all those in South County to make the trek and head over The Grade to come in for a beer!

This beer ROCKS, bursting with tropical and citrus aromas from a heavy dose of Strata, Simcoe, and Nelson hops. It’s like going to a show with three headliners, all ready to put on a great performance. Crisp and clean like all of our West Coast IPAs, this beer will hit your taste buds like a crazy train, then leave you begging for more. Are we talking about some obscure genre of music, or just an underwater rock feature off the coast of Cayucos? Who knows…
Dry Hop Ya Don’t Stop - West Coast DIPA - 8.5% - $135 - $280
This beer has a bold hop character centered around hops with notes of citrus; Citra, Motueka, and Simcoe. Adding most of the hops during dry hop gives this beer huge aromatics and flavor with less focus on bitterness. Easy drinkin' for a Double IPA, with a very complex palate of fruity flavors.

Three Bridges - American Brown Ale - 5.8% - 2/24 - 16oz - $70
2022 World Beer Cup [GOLD] – 2022 GABF [GOLD]
Three Bridges falls somewhere in between a red and a stout. Hints of chocolate, full malty backbone with caramel and nutty notes. Medium body with just enough bitterness to back up the malt character. Drinkable and flavorful.
