Atascadero Beach - Mexican Lager - 4.8% - $95 - $195

2022 World Beer Cup [GOLD] - 2024 GABF [BRONZE] This Mexican Lager fits the bill, perfectly light and crisp with a touch of sweetness from pilsner malt and flaked corn. Low residual sugar and high carbonation give a refreshing quality that will take you out HWY 41 and straight to the beach.

Windswept Fields - German Pilsner - 5.5% - $95 - $195

This beer is brewed with 100% German ingredients, with notes of biscuit and bread from floor malted Pilsner malt.  Simple and clean with a solid bitterness from Hallertau Mittelfruh hops, this beer accentuates the beauty and subtle nuance of lager beer.  Nothing fancy, just beer the way it was meant to be.

Izuo-San - Japanese Rice Lager - 4.5% - $95 - $195

Extremely crisp and refreshing, this Japanese Rice Lager is one of the most sessionable and easy drinking beers we’ve brewed here at Wild Fields.  Made with Jasmine Rice, which lends a distinct rice character, and Motueka hops which add a nice note of citrus.  It’s very light on the finish, but doesn’t lack in the flavor department.  This is Kayla’s second recipe, which she dedicated to her partner Deryk.

Forest of Illusion - Italian Pilsner - 5.3% - $95 - $195

This Italian Pilsner is a complex yet very drinkable beer. We added German hops Tettnang and Saphir in the boil as well as a light dry hop for this beer. Very floral with notes of soft pear on the nose, with a pleasant bitterness that seamlessly integrates into the pilsner malt character.

Heilmann Honey - Blonde Ale w/ Local Honey - 5.2% - $105 - $215

Heilmann Honey is an easy drinking Blonde Ale with a local twist.  We threw in some local honey from California Bee Company to add some extra character and a light sweetness.  Still crisp and refreshing, a great beer for anyone.

Pine Mountain Monolith - Brown Ale - 5.4% - $105 - $215

2025 GABF [BRONZE] - 2022 World Beer Cup [GOLD] - 2021 & 2022 GABF [GOLD]

Pine Mountain Monolith is a brown ale on the lighter side, great for a hike at Stadium Park in Atascadero. Notes of baked bread and toasted nuts compliment hints of caramel all backed up by a nice toasty malt backbone. Not overly sweet with a clean and crisp finish.

Three Bridges - American Brown Ale - 5.8% - $105 - $215

2022 World Beer Cup [GOLD] – 2022 GABF [GOLD]
Three Bridges falls somewhere in between a red and a stout. Hints of chocolate, full malty backbone with caramel and nutty notes. Medium body with just enough bitterness to back up the malt character. Drinkable and flavorful.

Magic Swirling Sip - Scottish Ale - 5.5% - $105 - $215

2022 GABF [GOLD] - 2022 World Beer Cup [GOLD] This beer is a Scottish Export or 80 Shilling Ale, which is the strongest of the Scottish Ales, but not as strong as a Scotch Ale. This beer has nice malty notes of caramel and toffee, a medium body, and very low hop bitterness. Deep red in color, with an almost roasty character, this beer is complex yet drinkable.

Cosmo Canyon - American Red Ale - 6.0% - $105 - $215

There's nothing quite like a supremely robust American Red Ale.  It's the perfect balance of malt and hops, with a vibrant red hue and notes of sweet toffee and caramel.  Cascade, Centennial, Columbus, and Chinook hops from first boil through dry hop give this beer a solid bitterness and pleasant citrus pine hop aroma.  Malt forward and hop backward, it's the best of both worlds.  Or out of this world.

Mouse Rock - West Coast IPA - 7.2% - $120 - $245

This beer ROCKS, bursting with tropical and citrus aromas from a heavy dose of Strata, Simcoe, and Nelson hops. It’s like going to a show with three headliners, all ready to put on a great performance. Crisp and clean like all of our West Coast IPAs, this beer will hit your taste buds like a crazy train, then leave you begging for more. Are we talking about some obscure genre of music, or just an underwater rock feature off the coast of Cayucos? Who knows…

This Is How We Brew It - West Coast DIPA - 8.5% - $135 - $280

Let's flip the track, bring the old school back. No crystal malt, solid and tight bitterness, aromatic AF, clear, clean, crisp, with classic hops like Mosaic, Simcoe, and Galaxy. The party is here on the West Coast; we will keep brewing up that old school classic. So, tip up your cup and throw your hands up.

Raise A Toast - Vienna Lager - 5.6% - 11/18 - 16oz - $70

Vienna Lager was the style that made Kayla, our assistant brewer, first fall in love with beer. So when the time came for her to start developing her own recipe it made perfect sense to start with this style. This beer has a beautiful amber color, bright floral aromas, delicate malt flavor, and is crisp and easy drinkin. We chose the name Raise a Toast as a homage to the tradition of raising a glass of good beer with friends as well as Kayla raising her pet rabbit, named Toast!

Mouse Rock - West Coast IPA - 7.2% - 11/18 - 16oz - $78

Delicate Object - Piwo Grodziskie - 3.4% - 7/21 - 16oz - $70

Every year we host a homebrew competition here at Wild Fields Brewhouse, and the winner gets to brew their recipe with us on our system.  This year Steven Severn won first place for his Piwo Grodziskie called Delicate Object.  Congrats Steven!!  Piwo Grodziskie is a historical style originating in Poland, and is brewed primarily with oak smoked wheat malt.  This lightly smoked sparkling wheat ale blew away the judges with its complex and delicate notes of smoked malt and light noble hop character.  We hope you'll like it as much as we did!
