Atascadero Beach - Mexican Lager - 4.8% - $95 - $195

This Mexican Lager fits the bill, perfectly light and crisp with a touch of sweetness from pilsner malt and flaked corn. Low residual sugar and high carbonation give a refreshing quality that will take you out HWY 41 and straight to the beach.

Windswept Fields - German Pilsner - 5.5% - $95 - $195

This beer is brewed with 100% German ingredients, with notes of biscuit and bread from floor malted Pilsner malt.  Simple and clean with a solid bitterness from Hallertau Mittelfruh hops, this beer accentuates the beauty and subtle nuance of lager beer.  Nothing fancy, just beer the way it was meant to be.

Paloma Creek Wheat - American Wheat w/ Grapefruit - 5.0% - $105 - $215

This super crushable American Wheat packs some big flavor, while staying easy drinking and refreshing.  Bold grapefruit notes that come across sweet, not bitter, give way to a soft mouthfeel and clean finish.  We use our house ale yeast strain, so this beer is low on the ester profile and lets the wheat and grapefruit shine through.   

Pine Mountain Monolith - Brown Ale - 5.4% - $105 - $215

2022 World Beer Cup [GOLD] - 2021 & 2022 GABF [GOLD]
Pine Mountain Monolith is a brown ale on the lighter side, great for a hike at Stadium Park in Atascadero. Notes of baked bread and toasted nuts compliment hints of caramel all backed up by a nice toasty malt backbone. Not overly sweet with a clean and crisp finish.

Three Bridges is our American Brown Ale. Hints of chocolate, full malty backbone with caramel and nutty notes. Medium body with just enough bitterness to back up the malt character. Drinkable and flavorful.

Mountain Moonlight - Oatmeal Stout - 6.0% - $105 - $215

2023 GABF [GOLD] - 2024 World Beer Cup [SILVER]
Perfect winter time beer. Oats give this beer a smooth texture that compliments roasted and chocolate flavors, reminding you of the last time you sat around a fire with friends.  Full bodied but not too strong, and still crisp and clean on the finish. Crack one open in nature or at home while you're reminiscing about your last epic trip.

Magic Wooden Ship - Scottish Ale Aged On Oak Cubes - 5.5% - $120 - $245

We took our award winning Scottish Ale, and aged it on single forest sourced oak cubes from Creative Oak for 3 months.  The wood really shines through and brings notes of vanilla, spice, and coconut.  It enhances the caramel/toffee notes of the underlying beer, and creates a very complex and unique experience.

Porch Drinkin' - Pale Ale - 5.0% - $105 - $215

Is there any better place to drink a beer?  Chillin' on the porch on a sunny afternoon, watching the wind blowing through the oak trees, letting your worries fade away… This is an easy drinker, yet packs a lot of flavor and aroma.  The Nelson and Mosaic hops shine through giving way to big notes of tropical fruit.  Perfect for when you need a sessionable day drinker, but still want something that tastes as bold and beautiful as a day on the porch.

Hop Clarity - West Coast IPA - 7.0% - $120 - $245

Here at Wild Fields Brewhouse we have a passion for clear beer. There's nothing quite as refreshing as a crisp West Coast IPA that you can see your hand through. The combination of Chinook, Mosaic and Idaho 7 hops create layers of aromatics and flavors that are bright, juicy, and bold. A super clean finish leaves your palate craving another sip.

Strata In The Sky With Galaxy - West Coast IPA - 7.0% - $120 - $245

This West Coast IPA is the perfect balance of two of our favorite hops, Strata and Galaxy.  Super aromatic with notes of melon, grapefruit, and passionfruit, this one hits all the fruity notes and goes down super smooth.   

Dry Hop Ya Don't Stop - West Coast DIPA - 8.5% - $135 - $280

This beer has a bold hop character centered around hops with notes of citrus. Adding most of the hops during dry hop gives this beer huge aromatics and flavor with less focus on bitterness.

A Pleasantly Palatable Porter for Peculiar People - Porter - 5.4% - 3/10 - 16oz - $70

This Robust Porter has pleasant notes of malty sweetness, roast, cocoa, and caramel.  Mild bitterness and a soft mouthfeel create a very smooth and palatable finish, making this one quite an easy drinking dark beer.  Brewed for all you peculiar people out there who still love a good Porter.  (Note on the name: 'Peculiar People' for a shorter version)

This beer is a Scottish Export or 80 Shilling Ale, which is the strongest of the Scottish Ales, but not as strong as a Scotch Ale. This beer has nice malty notes of caramel and toffee, a medium body, and very low hop bitterness. Deep red in color, with an almost roasty character, this beer is complex yet drinkable.
