Atascadero Beach - Mexican Lager - 4.8% - $95 - $195

2022 World Beer Cup [GOLD] - 2024 GABF [BRONZE] This Mexican Lager fits the bill, perfectly light and crisp with a touch of sweetness from pilsner malt and flaked corn. Low residual sugar and high carbonation give a refreshing quality that will take you out HWY 41 and straight to the beach.

Windswept Fields - German Pilsner - 5.5% - $95 - $195

This beer is brewed with 100% German ingredients, with notes of biscuit and bread from floor malted Pilsner malt.  Simple and clean with a solid bitterness from Hallertau Mittelfruh hops, this beer accentuates the beauty and subtle nuance of lager beer.  Nothing fancy, just beer the way it was meant to be.

Izuo-San - Japanese Rice Lager - 4.5% - $95 - $195

Extremely crisp and refreshing, this Japanese Rice Lager is one of the most sessionable and easy drinking beers we’ve brewed here at Wild Fields. Made with Jasmine Rice, which lends a distinct rice character, and Motueka hops which add a nice note of citrus. It’s very light on the finish, but doesn’t lack in the flavor department. This is Kayla’s second recipe, which she dedicated to her partner Deryk and his Blazer.

Desert Willow - Berliner Weisse / Guava - 3.8% - $105 - $215

Light, tart, fruity and refreshing like the morning dew on a blooming Desert Willow. Extremely sessionable with balanced acidity to maintain a high level of drinkability, as Berliner Weisse should be. This German wheat beer was soured in the kettle with lactobacillus for a short period of time before being boiled, giving it a clean and crisp acidity (unlike our funky barrel aged sour beer). Great for drinking on a hot summer day in Atascadero.

Old Creek Road - Oaked Helles Lager - 5.1% - $105 - $215

You know that feeling of driving along a backroad through the trees that reminds you of simpler times?  We do, it’s the feeling we get driving on Old Creek Road here on the Central Coast.  We brewed this classic German-Style Helles Lager in its honor and upped the experience with some Creative Oak to lend a complexity and structure that will intrigue the palate.  Still crisp, clean and refreshing like our classic Old Creek Road, but with subtle notes of vanilla, coconut, and toasted almonds from the oak.  As interesting and fun as driving to the coast on Old Creek Road.

Delicate Object - Piwo Grodziskie - 3.4% - $105 - $215

Every year we host a homebrew competition here at Wild Fields Brewhouse, and the winner gets to brew their recipe with us on our system.  This year Steven Severn won first place for his Piwo Grodziskie called Delicate Object.  Congrats Steven!!  Piwo Grodziskie is a historical style originating in Poland, and is brewed primarily with oak smoked wheat malt.  This lightly smoked sparkling wheat ale blew away the judges with its complex and delicate notes of smoked malt and light noble hop character.  We hope you'll like it as much as we did!

Pine Mountain Monolith - Brown Ale - 5.4% - $105 - $215

2022 World Beer Cup [GOLD] - 2021 & 2022 GABF [GOLD]
Pine Mountain Monolith is a brown ale on the lighter side, great for a hike at Stadium Park in Atascadero. Notes of baked bread and toasted nuts compliment hints of caramel all backed up by a nice toasty malt backbone. Not overly sweet with a clean and crisp finish.

Three Bridges - American Brown Ale - 5.8% - $105 - $215

2022 World Beer Cup [GOLD] – 2022 GABF [GOLD]
Three Bridges falls somewhere in between a red and a stout. Hints of chocolate, full malty backbone with caramel and nutty notes. Medium body with just enough bitterness to back up the malt character. Drinkable and flavorful.

Mountain Moonlight - Oatmeal Stout - 6.0% - $105 - $215

2023 GABF [GOLD] - 2024 World Beer Cup [SILVER]
Perfect winter time beer. Oats give this beer a smooth texture that compliments roasted and chocolate flavors, reminding you of the last time you sat around a fire with friends.  Full bodied but not too strong, and still crisp and clean on the finish. Crack one open in nature or at home while you're reminiscing about your last epic trip.

Magic Swirling Sip - Scottish Ale - 5.5% - $105 - $215

2022 GABF [GOLD] - 2022 World Beer Cup [GOLD]
This beer is a Scottish Export or 80 Shilling Ale, which is the strongest of the Scottish Ales, but not as strong as a Scotch Ale. This beer has nice malty notes of caramel and toffee, a medium body, and very low hop bitterness. Deep red in color, with an almost roasty character, this beer is complex yet drinkable.

4101 - Hoppy Pale Ale - 5.5% - $105 - $215

4101 is a landmark beer for us.  Wild Fields is located at the junction of HWY 41 & HWY 101 on the Central Coast of California. Our town, Atascadero, is a classic one and holds true to the small towns of the West Coast. It was only fitting to brew a classic American Pale Ale to honor the town where we have planted our roots. We brewed this one with tons of old school C-hops, to create a dank and citrusy, highly aromatic beer, that's clean and crisp.

Montaña De Oro - West Coast Pils - 6.0% - $120 - $245

Brewed similar to our West Coast IPA's but with our house lager yeast, this West Coast Pils hits all the marks. Huge aromatics from a heavy dry hop of Mosaic and Huell Melon, a soft profile from pilsner malt and clean lager-like finish. Inspired by the majestic beauty of our local state park, this beer is a perfect addition to a nature hike or day exploring the coves.

Learning to Fly - West Coast IPA - 6.9% - $120 - $245

When we were still "Learning to Fly' here at Wild Fields Brewhouse, this was one of the first brews we created. Just like your favorite music style that you can't get enough of, West Coast IPA's are our jam. We love to crank them out! Packed with Simcoe, Mosaic, and Citra hops, this IPA takes you back, like your classic mixtape. A little citrusy, a little piney, a little dank, a little tropical, and 100% crushable.

License to Fill - West Coast IPA - 007% - $120 - $245

IPA...West Coast IPA. Light color, light malt character. Dank, bright, clean and crisp with a touch of fruity hop aroma. Idaho 7, Citra & Amarillo for this 007% beer.

Is there any better place to drink a beer?  Chillin' on the porch on a sunny afternoon, watching the wind blowing through the oak trees, letting your worries fade away… This is an easy drinker, yet packs a lot of flavor and aroma.  The Nelson and Mosaic hops shine through giving way to big notes of tropical fruit.  Perfect for when you need a sessionable day drinker, but still want something that tastes as bold and beautiful as a day on the porch.

Fields Trip - West Coast IPA - 7.0% - 6/9 - 16oz - $78

Take a trip around the world with this can of Fields Trip, a West Coast IPA brewed with Mosaic (US), Galaxy (AUS), Motueka (NZ), and Mandarina Bavaria (GER) hops.  Crafted to showcase the classic style that has evolved here on the West Coast.  This beer is bursting with fruity hop aromas, resin and dank notes, and a light and crisp malt character letting the hops take center stage.  Take a trip with us, you wont regret it.

R2J2 - DIPA w/ Pineapple - 8.5% - 6/9 - 16oz - $84

Not entirely clear or hazy, this DIPA is balanced and approachable.  It’s big hop aroma from Huell Melon and Citra hops are perfectly offset with dosing of pineapple in the fermenter.  Not overly bitter or sweet, this beer packs a ton of flavor while staying crisp and smooth.
