Atascadero Beach - Mexican Lager - 4.8% - $95 - $195
2022 World Beer Cup [GOLD] - 2024 GABF [BRONZE] This Mexican Lager fits the bill, perfectly light and crisp with a touch of sweetness from pilsner malt and flaked corn. Low residual sugar and high carbonation give a refreshing quality that will take you out HWY 41 and straight to the beach.
Windswept Fields - German Pilsner - 5.5% - $95 - $195
This beer is brewed with 100% German ingredients, with notes of biscuit and bread from floor malted Pilsner malt. Simple and clean with a solid bitterness from Hallertau Mittelfruh hops, this beer accentuates the beauty and subtle nuance of lager beer. Nothing fancy, just beer the way it was meant to be.
Riven - Czech Pils - 5.3% - $95 - $195
Classic Czech Style Pilsner, bold hop character from the noble variety Saaz balances seamlessly with notes of bread and toasted biscuit from the pilsner malt.
Heilmann Honey - Blonde Ale w/ Local Honey - 5.2% - $105 - $215
Heilmann Honey is an easy drinking Blonde Ale with a local twist. We threw in some local honey from California Bee Company to add some extra character and a light sweetness. Still crisp and refreshing, a great beer for anyone.
Pine Mountain Monolith - Brown Ale - 5.4% - $105 - $215
2022 World Beer Cup [GOLD] - 2021 & 2022 GABF [GOLD]
Pine Mountain Monolith is a brown ale on the lighter side, great for a hike at Stadium Park in Atascadero. Notes of baked bread and toasted nuts compliment hints of caramel all backed up by a nice toasty malt backbone. Not overly sweet with a clean and crisp finish.
Magic Swirling Sip - Scottish Ale - 5.5% - $105 - $215
2022 GABF [GOLD] - 2022 World Beer Cup [GOLD]
This beer is a Scottish Export or 80 Shilling Ale, which is the strongest of the Scottish Ales, but not as strong as a Scotch Ale. This beer has nice malty notes of caramel and toffee, a medium body, and very low hop bitterness. Deep red in color, with an almost roasty character, this beer is complex yet drinkable.
Mountain Moonlight - Oatmeal Stout - 6.0% - $105 - $215
2023 GABF [GOLD] - 2024 World Beer Cup [SILVER]
Perfect winter time beer. Oats give this beer a smooth texture that compliments roasted and chocolate flavors, reminding you of the last time you sat around a fire with friends. Full bodied but not too strong, and still crisp and clean on the finish. Crack one open in nature or at home while you're reminiscing about your last epic trip.
Make It Snappy - NZ Pale Ale - 4.5% - $105 - $215
Long ago we set out on a quest to create balanced and drinkable beer. Beer with that crisp snap on the end that leaves you needing another sip. Beer that leaves your glass before you know it and you wonder why you didn't buy more. Make it Snappy embodies these concepts, with overtones of bold citrusy hop character from two of our favorites, Citra and Motueka.
Whale Rock Surf Session - Session IPA - 4.9% - $105 - $215
Brewed in collaboration with Castoro Cellars for Whale Rock Music Festival! The idea behind this beer was to brew something that had the flavor and punch of an IPA, but a nice and low ABV so you could keep rocking all day long. A combo of Strata and Motueka hops give the beer some fun notes of strawberry, lemon/lime, pineapple, and coconut. Surprisingly nice body for a beer so low on the ABV, super crisp on the finish, and very sessionable.
Montaña De Oro - West Coast Pils - 6.0% - $120 - $245
Brewed similar to our West Coast IPA's but with our house lager yeast, this West Coast Pils hits all the marks. Huge aromatics from a heavy dry hop of Mosaic and Huell Melon, a soft profile from pilsner malt and clean lager-like finish. Inspired by the majestic beauty of our local state park, this beer is a perfect addition to a nature hike or day exploring the coves.
Hakuna Mo Strata - West Coast IPA - 6.7% - $120 - $245
Such a wonderful beer… and pairing of two of our favorite hops, Motueka and Strata! Bright hop notes of lemon and berry, backed up by a solid bitterness and a super clean finish.
Hop Clarity - West Coast IPA - 7.0% - $120 - $245
Here at Wild Fields Brewhouse we have a passion for clear beer. There's nothing quite as refreshing as a crisp West Coast IPA that you can see your hand through. The combination of Chinook, Mosaic and Idaho 7 hops create layers of aromatics and flavors that are bright, juicy, and bold. A super clean finish leaves your palate craving another sip.
Break Point - Red IPA - 7.5% - $120 - $245
This beer is a homage to our building's heritage, which back in the day used to be a bowling alley. This Red IPA is packed with notes of caramel and toffee alongside a bright piney and resinous bitterness from Cascade and CTZ hops. Big and bold, this Red IPA is a classic for those who like their malt and hops paired together. Come grab a can or a pint at Wild Fields while you play 10 frames on our mini bowling lanes!
So Fresh and So Clear - West Coast DIPA - 8.5% - $135 - $280
This DIPA is our oude to the classic West Coast style. Hopped with a huge dose of Nelson, Huell Melon, and Mosaic, this beer is super crisp and clear, with big notes of tropical fruit, dank, and melon. It's highly drinkable and clean on the finish. Drink Fresh.
Unstuck In Time - Imperial Coffee Stout - 10.0% - $135 - $280
This Imperial Coffee Stout clocks in high in the flavor and aroma department. We brewed it with a mega dose of freshly roasted beans from Joebella Coffee and Ecuadorian Cocao Nibs. Huge aromas of coffee jump out of the glass at you, backed up by layers of malt and chocolate. This beer is rich, decadent, and will change your perception of reality.

Delicate Object - Piwo Grodziskie - 3.4% - 7/21 - 16oz - $70
Every year we host a homebrew competition here at Wild Fields Brewhouse, and the winner gets to brew their recipe with us on our system. This year Steven Severn won first place for his Piwo Grodziskie called Delicate Object. Congrats Steven!! Piwo Grodziskie is a historical style originating in Poland, and is brewed primarily with oak smoked wheat malt. This lightly smoked sparkling wheat ale blew away the judges with its complex and delicate notes of smoked malt and light noble hop character. We hope you'll like it as much as we did!
