Wild Fields Brewhouse in Atascadero, CA, has broken a craft beer record at World Beer Cup, the largest international beer competition. This World Beer Cup was the largest ever with 10,542 entries from 2,493 breweries representing 57 countries. The last brewery to win 4 gold medals in a single year at this prestigious competition with Miller in 2006 in American-Style Lager categories.

Wild Fields Brewhouse has continues their medal streak at another prestigious and highly competitive beer competition. The Great American Beer Festival was the the largest ever with 9,904 entries from 2,154 US breweries. Only 300 medals style were awarded over 98 categories with 268 breweries heading home with medals. Only 9 Brewery of the Year Awards were given. This was the 40th Annual Great American Beer Festival and the largest competition to date. Judging took 9 days with 235 beer expert judges from 7 countries and 310 volunteers.
